Despoina is a poet, playwright, performer, rap music artist, and activist.[4] D releases music under the moniker "Trap Beat Tranny" or "TBT".

D's debut EP is titled Femmetasy, and was released November 26, 2019.[5][6] D released another album, Cyberbully in 2021.[7]
